Daily Carb Intake for Sleevers

Hey guys,

I know I am jumping the gun a bit being in the Full Fluid Stage and all. But once in soft and regular solids (for weight-loss) what is a good guide to follow for our amount of Carbs?

I know for a regular person who is wanting to lose weight the numbers are different. So can anyone who is out pretty far tell me what a good guide to go by for all (Protein, Carbs, Fats, etc...) is?

Different views on this but people tend to go for 70 gr protein, around 40 gr carbs and fat around 30-40 I think. There are loads of threads because of the different views of amount of carbs. If you track your food on fatsecret.com (there are other food trackers out there too) when you enter your food it works out the amount of carbs, protein, fats as well as the calories of course. Hope this helps

I was told 60-80 grams of proteins and under 50 grams of carbs..They didn't give me a specific caloric intake. My dietician told me that if you get 60 to 80 grams of protein your calories should fall right in line to what you need.
