Small request

When you post what you are eating for each day can you post how far out post-op you are? That would help us newbie sleevers know what you can eat at certain points post op.

Excellent idea! I don't really post what I eat every day, but I can tell you I can eat about 3 oz of meat, about 2-3 bites of good carbs and about 1/4 cup of veggies right now. I'm usually done at that point, and I'm finish eating in about 20-30 minutes. Of course if I take longer to eat I can fit more in. I try never to do that.

I am six months post op.

I have the little ticker bar that tells ya how far out I am. I did this mostly to remind myself how long it has been lol. I notice that I can only manage 2-3 bites protien, and very seldom have any room left for veggies.:rolleyes:
