Dreaming about food?

I am on day four of my 2 week liquid pre-op diet and I am doing really good actually, but I just woke up from a nap where I was dreaming about eating "regular" food! Even in my dream I was telling myself, I am not supposed to be eating this!

Has anyone else had food dreams while on the liquid diet?

LOL, my DH was sleeved on Mon. and told me that he was having food dreams. For instance in one of them everyone was sitting around watching TV and someone passed him a bag of chips and he actually ate one.

He is on liquids post-op for 10 days, so he definitely can't eat any food.

I don't remember having any food-related dreams when I was sleeved, but I rarely remember my dreams, anyway. I think it is pretty normal.

I had post op dreams no preop though..I dreamed 1 week after sugery that I ate a half a bag of Doritoes and when I woke up I thought I was going to die. It gets really weird after sugery for a couple of weeks.

I had a reoccuring nightmare for the entire pre-op diet. I eat an entire pizza and as I'm cramming the last piece into my mouth I suddenly remember that I'm on the pre-op diet and am not supposed to eat any of it. I start panicking thinking I've ruined everything for my surgery... And when I would wake up, sometimes it would take me a minute to realize it was a dream and the surgery was still on.

I tottaly had those dreams. I would dream I was eating something I was not suposed to and then would start panicing cuz I ate it and thought I was hurting myself. Then I would have dreams where people wold try to get me to eat things and I would actually turn them down. I still have those dreams and I am 4 months out
