I got two of these on clearance at Kohl's (except they were white ...paid $11.40 (each) plus I had a 15% off coupon) came home tried them on, OMG, I wish I had 15 of them all in different colors. They are AWESOME! I can't find them on Kohl's website but in their actual stores I saw a lot of shapewear on clearance.

Why does everyone use shapeware? Is it just for looks or is there a medical plus to wearing them? I have a couple that I wear when I have to wear a dress and I was starting to wonder if they might help later down the road with the saggy skin. Would it act as a compression garment?

I use them for looks. If I don't wear shapewear I end up with a muffin top over my jeans and skirts, it's just not pretty. I generally can go down a size if I am wearing good enough shapewear. It's necessary for me too if I do something like running or jumping around, my stomach flops up and flops back down painfully without it.

And for anyone looking for Spanx, do yourself a favor and order off ebay, you can get them for brand new for so much cheaper than you can from the stores or even directly from Spanx.
