Howdy;

Here are a couple of observations from 1/11/11 sleeve procedure:

I never want to see another granule of Protein powder!

Extreme food swings from intense hunger/craving to revulsion

Stunning improvements in diabetes (completely off medicine), blood pressure, even atrial fibrillation

The road ahead will be long (over 200 to lose), but the beginning has been exhilarating.
