    I also watched a procedure called "tickle lipo" that you don't go under for and the patients actually experience a tickling sensation and are laughing while they lipo. I watched it on The Doctors program.

    It is a laser liposuction that is done with a local and is suppose to be easier on the body then the regular lipo.
