My doctor said no pain relievers except for Tylenol. I started my pre-op diet two days ago, and that's when the headache kicked it. For me two factors....also happens to be the end of Aunt Flow...and no caffeine.

I hope yours doesn't last....stay strong!

I am having the same trouble too. Restless nights and headaches. i have found that napping has helped. Like maybe i am getting them from being too tired. which i have been from not getting enough calories. I can take tylenol, but nothing else. I actually have liquid tylenol which isnt bad. i also find that when i drink a lot more, they tend to go away. so i have been pushing the crystal light. but nothing has yet to solve the sleep issue. surgery next week? when? Mine is the 11th. good luck to you on your big day!! :)

My Dr. said anything Tylenol is approved safe for taking. So should help with the head aches I hope. Also, take Tylenol PM if having trouble sleeping. I've tried it but I am still up most of the night. Guess we are all just stressed about the upcoming surgery.

Me too. Surgery is 01/17 and am now of day 8 or so of pre-op diet. Several headaches, but taken Tylenol only. Doc says that will be forever, so may as well stock up.
