Nervous about my appt. with the Dr. 2morro

So it turns out I am vitamin deficient and protein deficient and they have set me up with an appt. with Not my surgeon but a Dr. whom I have never met and that worries me! Also I have an appt. with the dietitian so she can help me find a way or ways to get more protein in my daily food intake... I am nervous about what they are gonna tell me... Hopefully together we can figure this mess I have made out....

Don't be nervous, it sounds like they're being very thoro, have your best interests at heart and are going to help you sort out your deficiencies. Much rather have any deficiencies picked early before you start to experience any symptoms.

It is not a big deal, really. I was vitamin d deficient and had to take a huge quantity before the surgery. And, meeting the dietician is always a good thing.

Don't worry, you will be just fine! :)
