Hungry I think

It's been 4 days down 11 pounds but I'm so want to eat anything! I'm sipping broth, jellostill want something good! It's all in my head but chili in the crock pot smells so good and corn bread that's another story. I keep thinking how lucky am I to get on scale what another pound it's only the beginning I can't stop thinking about a big diet coke with lots of ice or a taco from taco bell. What's a girl to do? Ride the ride. It's harder than I thought.

Hey, I know what you mean....it is just head hunger for me. I have been helping with meals for my three kids and you know you are hungry when you think a handfull of gold fish crackers or chicken nuggets would be yummy. I finally found a protein shake that is good so maybe now I wont want the food. There is NO way in this world I am eating anything unless my nut tells me too. But sometimes it makes me a little sad that it has been 1 entire week (and a day) since I put food in my mouth. Today I have been repeating FAT HURTS, SKINNY FEELS GOOD! WE CAN DO THIS!
