Spanx anyone?

Ladies, once completelly healed I would like to start wearing a little something to hold it all in as I hopefully shrink away. I looked at the spanx website but they were very pricey does anyone have any suggestions?

You don't need to pay that much for a comfortable shaper. I got a great one at Wally World believe it or not, and saw some at Ross for cheap. Mostly I shop at Kohls and pay in the $25 range.

Never looked but you know Walmart has a cheaper priced alternative for just about every item under the sun! Worth a try.

There are also some cheap Spanx at Target. I have to say, though, the Spanx I got at Lane Bryant is pretty heavy duty, much more so than the Target ones. But, I can't imagine wearing that every day and still breathing :-) So, my guess is that the Target ones (or whatever knockoffs) are just as good for every day use...

If you go online, Macy's always has great sales, and a wide variety of prices. They have LOTS of body shapers.

I want something to wear on my head and face though, LOL!! ! Don't want to end up with a sagging face and chin. I am planning to wrap my face in warm washclothes and massage natural oils intio it, and my chin, and then also get some Retinol.

Any other suggestions?

I have gotten some great shapers at Ross for around the $10 range.. some really pretty ones too! Mostly for the high waist and long line thigh type. I bought some other tops from on line...the kind you see advertised on TV some times, has a long body that pulls over your hips then a solid back and straps over the shoulders and your boobs are left to fend for themselves in your bra...out front...? That one is kind of expensive, but you can find a little better deal on Ebay...
