I just got off the phone with Cigna. All they could tell me is that the first person ( I forget what the title was ) who looked at my paperwork couldn't approve it on her level. So it had to be submitted to someone else higher up. This happened on the 22nd, so I should have a decision within 48 hours. Meaning either TODAY or Monday since the Holiday.

I'm sooo nervous. I really want my December surgery. I hope it can happen.

Well if you don't mind sharing with us when you get the full information on why it was denied. There has been some great advice given on appeal letters etc. Some ladies have had a successful time of it. So if you haven't already posted something regarding it. Keep it in mind. The site here can be very helpful.

Right now I am just so mad. They made it seem like my paperwork just said I took some pills to lose some weight.. and it wasn't even like that.
