back pain- what can i do to help?

had surg wed and i am still having back pain really bad. anyone with any advice? i just started taking multivitamin today. should i be taking anything else? please help, its driving me crazy. I thought i would be feeling back to myself after 4 days from surgery?

    It is from the co2 that they use during surgery. The only thing that helps is walking. I went thru that after my gallbladder surgery. Adventually the body will absorb the gas. You should be feeling soon relief soon.
