Well, November 1st is my day---7 more days baby

"I'm so excited and I just can't hide it!"

I waned to mention that when I did my morning weigh in, guess what, I weighed in at 213 lbs. When I started this program, I weighed in at 240lbs.

Even before surgery, I never thought I would be at 213. My surgeon wanted me at 220...

Just wanted to share that with you all!
