Hello everyone -- I'm 5 weeks post-op and have noticed that I'm having far fewer bowel movements than pre-op. I'm getting 64+ ounces of water and following nutritional guidelines. I don't really feel pain or constipation, just an infrequency of movements. Is this a simple equation of less in less out?

I've noticed the same thing and I'm 7 months out. I think it must be just that simple -- less in, less out.

I think many of us experience this. It seems fairly normal. As long as you are not uncomfortable, or when you do have them they are not painful, etc., then I wouldn't worry much about it.
