  1. Hello everyone -- I'm 5 weeks post-op and have noticed that I'm having far fewer bowel movements than pre-op. I'm getting 64+ ounces of water and following nutritional guidelines. I don't really feel pain or constipation, just an infrequency of movements. Is this a simple equation of less in less out?
  2. Hello all, I'm new here! I'm day 17 post op and while my recovery seems to be going smoothly, I've noticed that my overall energy levels are low beginning in the afternoon. I'm taking my supplements, hitting my protein targets and drinking plenty of fluids. My suspicion is that it's a no/low-carb thing... Has anyone else experienced this and does this subside over time? Perhaps when more foods are introduced into the diet?
