Foundation Garments

It has been suggested to me to wear those supportive foundation garments (shapers, smoothers, girdles) to help my skin keep from sagging as I lose weight.

Has anyone else been told to try this?

No and it might be a bit hot and bothersome. Having said that I wonder if wearing bands on my upper arms over winter might help the skin to shrink. The collagen tablets have helped a lot, according to my husband I am looking a lot less wrinkly.

Where do you get collagen tablets? Never heard of those.
