On my way!

I hope this the forum for me. I am scheduled for VSG on the 23rd. I'm on my liquid diet now, and being patient with it. MY goal is to get down to the weight I was when I wore that Number 50 football jersey for my HS football team. That means I need to go down from 309 to 188. I just want to be more comfortable in my body and get rid of the itis's that come from physical exertion when being overweight. I want my feet, legs and hips not to hurt so much and so long when I get off work.

Dr. Jaime Ponce is my surgeon, and I will have the procedure in Dalton, GA. I may have questions after my next appointment on Thursday.
