59 pounds gone in 1 Month

Well I had my 2nd post-op appointment today

pre-op date I was 495 (May 10th)

Surgery date (May 24th) I was 477 &

1 week post op (June 1st) I?m 457

1 Month out and a total of 59 pounds gone 439 :thumbup1:

59 pounds that is fabulous. The sleeve really works. I think it took me four months to lose 100# - your gonna beat that!

Daaaang! I would love to see loss like that once I come over to the sleeved side! Are numbers like that more typical of people coming from higher weights? Do women lose like that? I'm coming from approx 280 lbs. and am female.

I think being a Heavy Weight (Starting Weight 498 pounds) has a lot to do with it, and also being a young male. But who's to say, get your sleeve and Rock it Girl and the weight gonna melt off.
