Ummm......

Surgery is tomorrow at 9am, have to be at the hospital by 7, feeling all kinds of emotions, some i don't even know what they are. First surgery ever for me, my best friend had it done last November, and I called her all through her preop to check on her and stayed with her when she came home, but now that it's my turn, I don't hear from her. She hasn't called me at all. I had to call and make sure she is coming to the surgery. But even still I didn't want to leave my little sister out there by herself. Her anxiety will be over the top tomorrow. Because that is all who is coming my friend and my sister. Feel a little upset that aunt won't come, grandfather cant drive himself, roomie wont come, other friends cant come. I've known this date for over a month. But no one thinks its important enough to come. But anyway sister is paranoid and is convinced I will die. I tell her no it is fine, but sometimes she gets me upset too! aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh. It's just crazy and I don't know anymore.

Brilliant news - thanks for the update - you must be feeling better by the day! Sooo glad your friend and her mom were there for you too x

your friend should be ashamed - she needs to remember how she felt when it was her turn. however, you have support here any time you need it. you're going to do fine!! i was sleeved on the 15th and i already feel like my normal self.... also, i notice you're in dallas. i'm in the dfw area too so if you want a "buddy", email me. who is doing your surgery? please let us know how you're feeling once you're sleeve. good luck!!
