Pork Rinds

Ok. I am addicted to pork rinds. I crave them over anything...funny thing is I never liked them before my surgery..in fact the smell made me want to barf ! I have always been a carb queen. Now i want pork rinds, chicken, lunch meat and cheese! I still like bread, etc just don't crave it anymore. But the pork rinds are my current fave!

I've always loved barbeque pork rinds...yummy. Can't wait until I have them!

How far out were you when you started having them?

They are good for add'l protein. I started having some at 4weeks out. They kinda just melt when they hit your stomach.

Ever try microwave pork rinds?

Pork rinds and beef jerky were on my (very short) list of things that I never ate, now I love them both! I love to blend up some Bush's Baked Beans and dip pork rinds in it. I had no idea that you can buy microwavable pork rinds, definitely need to check that out!
