Hi girldep I just posted a couple of days ago a similar post I have been like this the last couple of days, I did notice I have started to get more tolerant yesterday and Im feeling better today, I found to much stimuli irritating while my body is adjusting to its new state and new cal intake, hopefully you start feeling better in in few days too. :sleep0:

During rapid weight loss, most patients experience up and down mood swings. It's really common. Along with the changes and challenges we're facing every day, our hormones are out of whack. Estrogen is stored in fat cells, and when we're losing weight fast, it's all being released into our bodies. It does get better, but my PMS crankiness right before my period is actually worse now than it ever was before surgery.

It'll come in ebbs and waves.

I guess i've been pretty darn lucky, since my surgery i've been a happy camper, full of energy, happy to do anything, no nausea, pain or anything. . . but BEFORE my surgery, i was one irratable B>>>ch . . even my hubbie has noticed the different. . . good, maybe the surgeon took away my B..chness. . . . heheeheh

He needs to teach his technique to all the surgeons then because my husband would love for that to be removed as well ha ha ha.
