Are you selling the shakes? Are they RTD or powder. What are the stats and price please.

I think the best tasting shake is the Jay Robb Chocolate. Everyone's taste is different though.

This is not spam it is real--and if people were not soooo skeptical and have open minds they might realize there are people on here that just want to help people.

Thats what nurse practitioners do, and its sad that people are so negative and skeptical about things. I would never post spam on this forum--I really enjoy this site--Ihave my own practice, 4 small children 10-6-4-and 11 mos, and I don't have time to mess with spam or junk just like everyone else!! Hope you understand!! Thanks and I hope you all have a very good week!!

By the way-- I start my 90 day challenge on Monday 3/8/10--so around the 1st of June--we will let everyone be the judge if this was spam!!!

Smoothie King has the best protein shake I've tasted. Their Gladiator has 45 grams of protein in a 20 oz. shake! I buy one, divide it into five four ounce servings and freeze. Delicious. I always get the vanilla and you get to add 2 fruits. I choose strawberry and kiwi or pineapple. Ask them to rinse the fruit before making.

Yeah the title of the post just screams spam!! My patients like Leaner Living (small company) the best with a close 2nd going to metrx.

Few Protein produts that i like:

Helth wise -shake Shake 15 in Disposable Plastic Bottles (kiwi strawbery)

Designer whey -strawberry has actually become my favorite Protein Drink

Isopure Plus 0 Carb Protein Drink Alpine Punch, 6-8 Ounces Bottles

I find the Isopure chocolate is good... and the Nectar iced tea and chocolate truffle flavors. Both Isopure and Nectar shakes seem to mix well but I use a magic bullet blender anyway and add ice. Never thought about making freeze pops out of them, What a great idea!!!! Thanks!
