I am seeing progress but it's pretty slow compared to some. I have a new walking cd and just got the air walker back that we lent to a friend a year ago. Hopefully I will start losing faster the faster I move!!

I'm so happy for your progress so far! If I remember correctly you were sleeved at the beginning of December, so I'd say you are pretty speedy, but my weight loss did go faster when I started to move more. Good luck!

Good Morning everyone!

I have a question for you all. I get stomach aches after I eat, almost every time. Is this normal? I did have a bout of pneumonia about a week after surgery and I was loaded with antibiotics. I thought I might need to eat some yogurt to get the normal bacterial flora back into my gut.
