Welcome, and Happy (late) Boxing Day!

I also had my sleeve just two weeks ago tomorrow. I hope you stick around and share your journey with us! I know that those folks with surgeries pending in 2010 will relish the details of our progress just as we did the details of those before us!

Theresa

Welcome Craig,

Enjoy your time here on VST a great place to be and post your progress and thoughts it's a wonderful way to keep others inspired and information seekers informed. :biggrin0:

Hi, I am 7 months out now from surgery on what was one of the best decisions I have ever ever made in my whole life and if I can help any of you in any way I will. I am so much healthier and happier than I was, in fact over Christmas I have been exercising and still enjoying the festive cheer. A 60 minute walk and a nice couple of pints of real ale in a local pub. Quality living ;-) Like a normal person really!
