chat room help

Hi I have been trying to get into the chat room for 2 days & I'm not succeding it just says "logging in now" and sticks there forever help !!! what am I doing wrong ?

    probably doing nothing wrong...there are times that the chat feature just doesn't function as well as it could. Try again another day!
