How to safely increase fluids

Any advice on safely increasing the amount of Fluid intake? I am 6 days post op and find that I can swallow more than just a tiny sip at a time.

I don't want to overload the sleeve, but am wondering if this progress is an indication that most people are able to drink 6 or so ounces per hour safely at about one week post op. Anyone know?

Thanks for feedback.

I didn't measure but I think that's about right at least for me, small sips however like a teaspoon at a time was/is all I am able to take in comfortably.

You can't really overload the sleeve with fluid. As soon as fluid hits your pylorus valve, it opens and lets it out. As long as you don't drink so fast that it hurts, you should be fine.
