Congratulations Pedro - that is a fantastic weight loss -- I will look forward to seeing more posts from you and any hints you might have for us "newbies"

Hi Pedro,

100 pounds in a year is awesome. Are you at goal or do you still have some to lose? Please hang around our site and provide us with wisdom, lol.

Welcome Pedro. I would love to hear some words of wisdom too. I only have 5-10 lbs I would like to lose, but I have been at a standstill this last month.

Welcome, So glad to have you here. Is quite an inspiration to know once again that it can really be done. We will all be hoping to hear about your WL journey. Carol
