New here I get my band 10/17/13

I'm on opti fast day three. Not real sure what to expect.

Thank you I am trying to keep busy and not think of eating. I feel after 4 days I am moving around much better. This site is a big help.

I am not a fan for broth so I used the chicken broth out of chicken noodle soup. It actually has a good flavor and it was filling. Keep going it gets better. The sugar free jello really helped also since you could "chew" it and the sugar free popsicles were great if you had the munchies.

Thanks Amy I will try the soup. I'm doing the jello and popsicles. It's day seven for me and I have got use to the empty feeling.
