Getting started

Just starting the whole process. Have taken an online seminar, a test and completed all patient forms. Will see my regular doctor this week for his completion of paperwork. Very nervous but very excited !!

    Hi Lainie, congratulations on getting the ball rolling. I went to my mandatory info session August 6th and am scheduled for surgery November 5th. Every process is different but once I got in the pipeline things moved pretty quickly. Good luck to you! I have learned so much on this forum -- great input from people who have all been there.
