Is it ok to add granola to your yogurt? If so, what kind do you guys use? I need some crunch in mine but I'm debating..

I like crunching up some special K and a few dried cranberries on mine, not as many calories as granola adds.

Greek yogurt is one of my go-to foods. I love it! I add sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or chia seeds. Gives it crunch, added protein, and nutrition.

If there's any kind you like, yogurt is a great vehicle to get a bit of high fiber cereal. There are tons of varieties of All Bran and Fiber One and just a bit crushed up would give you crunch with the added bonus of helpful fiber.
