Hungry

Hey, I'm 4 days post op and actually getting pretty bad hunger pains. I am following the post op full liquid my md gave me. I am usually ok for about 2-2.5 hrs after I have a protein shake, high protein pudding, soup broths clear and creamy. Any suggestions how to curb this feeling, I think it's the most miserable part. Any suggestions on protein powders that I can maybe mix with broths that don't taste like anything? Advice please!

Bariatric Advantage has an unflavored protein shake. It is not cheap at $60 for a large container.

I am 4 days post op also! But I am not really getting hungry yet. Every time I eat or drink something I get really bad gas and have to burp. Anyone else get that? I have to make myself eat and then I am so uncomfortable afterwards. Ugh!
