You're only a few weeks post-op. I'd stay off the scale for awhile, your body is still healing. Best wishes!

Thanks Everyone has noticed the change so far...but right now I just was like "my weights not changing...am I doing something wrong?"

Remember that the first 6 weeks or so is about healing not weight loss. The loss is a bonus. Your body is still adjusting to the drastic changes you just allowed to be introduced. Someone mentioned

I had surgery on 08/30. Since then, I've lost approximately 8lbs. My start weight was 291 but the day of my surgery I weighed in at 278. I'm at 269/270 right now but it's been this way since I started on week 2 of my post op diet. Is this normal to not lose any weight so far on week 2?
