  1. Hi there...So I've fallen off the wagon. My weight loss stagnated and I gave up. I lost my grandfather, my aunt and my cousin all within 3 month time frame and I stopped going to appointments because I felt like I wasn't losing weight and I'm still feeling full for 4-6 hours after each meal. I've made some bad eating decision choices and I know why it hasn't been successful. I want to try and get back on, I have it in me, I need to be better. Has anyone else fallen off the wagon? I'm scared to get back on to fail again.
  2. Had my first fill on 10/7. I've been eating semi normally since about that Friday. They put in .2 ccs which puts me now at 3.2ccs in my band (my surgeon put 3ccs in my band at surgery). I've noticed I'm still the same weight give or take since I was last week. On top of that I'm not feeling full all the time. Sometimes I'll eat and I notice "whoa, I'm fully already?!" and others I'm like "stop eating, you're eating too much". I'm getting discouraged and so frustrated. I do zumba 3x per week and swim the other two. My boyfriend has been getting me to go do kick boxing a few times and I may get into that too.
  3. I am 2 months post op and I absolutely hate veggies. Sure I have the occasional salads (lettuce sits fine with me) I like onions, potatos, tomatos and corn for the most part. Anything green, I've tried, even after my surgery and ended up vomiting. I need some advice because I've noticed my weightloss has stalled and I'm getting frustrated because I know it's because of my diet. Please help!
  4. had my 1 month post op appt with my surgeon. Everything looks good :) No more restrictions :) I'm starting C25K now!

    Couch to 5k

I'm not over 300lbs, but I just started the app this week. It's definitely not easy, but It's worth it! This is my second day, You run for 60 seconds, walk for 90 and you alternate like that for this week.

    4 weeks Post op

Thanks so much! Congrats on your weight loss, 40lbs after 6 weeks is AMAZING! Keep up the amazing work Good luck!
  7. I am 4 weeks post op and weighed myself, I am 258lbs. Meaning that I've lost a total of 34lbs since I started my pre-op diet, and 20lbs since my surgery date. I feel amazing and am starting to get back to normalcy. People are starting to notice, including my boyfriend who has been with me since I was 292lbs. At first I was skeptical about the surgery, but 4 weeks out, I don't regret a thing! I'm scheduled for my first fill on 10/3. I'm nervous!
  8. Congrats! I am 1 month out and I've lost a total of 34lbs, 20 since my surgery! Keep up the amazing work! You're doing awesome!!
  9. Skinniest I've been in years!!!!! 1 month out!

  10. I had surgery on 08/30. Since then, I've lost approximately 8lbs. My start weight was 291 but the day of my surgery I weighed in at 278. I'm at 269/270 right now but it's been this way since I started on week 2 of my post op diet. Is this normal to not lose any weight so far on week 2?
  11. Thanks Everyone has noticed the change so far...but right now I just was like "my weights not changing...am I doing something wrong?"
