What vitamins did you all choose? Personally I hate. The chewable kind they are to chalky... Suggestions?

I do 2 flintstones a day.

You can also find liquid vitamins, which by comparison, have a higher level of vitamins AND minerals, over gummies.

What brand do you recommend?

There are so many, I can't really recommend any one in particular. If you go to The Vitamin Shoppe or a health food store near where you live, they can show you the different ones. I've taken liquids in the past, but have been on Celebrate chewables for awhile.

Ok thanks. My NUT had me try the Celebrate Vitamins. I like those but just wondering if i would like the liquid better. Thanks
