High Fat Diet

I've read that people who have the sleeve (or is it the bypass?) can not eat fatty foods, or else they get the dumping syndrome... I'm wondering if anyone has flowed or IS currently following a high fat, moderate protein, low carb (aka Atkins) diet, which I may add was the ONLY woe that ever worked for me in my struggles to lose weight.

Yeah, I know... No dumping but there IS being STUCK. I think I rather dump! LoL

It's good to know I can follow that type of diet... I think (and have proven to myself) that its a healthy woe, regardless of the ney sayers. Thanks ;)

Sorry to butt in, I'm new to this forum and I would really appreciate some help. I for banded on 16/7 I had complications but am okay now. I'm getting obsessed about my pouch, I'm always so worried that I'm going to stretch it. I have no fluid in my band, feel like I can eat a lot.

I have been on an Atkins like diet since my banding 21 months ago.
