me to, I'm so nervous it feels like i want to up choke.......my stomach is having a anxiety attach

Me too so nervous feels like an apple stuck in my throat

I know. I have noticed when I'm on liquids, I can't either. Be patient and eventually you will.

So a question came up my liquids r those only 3x a day or wen needed or desired

My doctor Said ... Sip sip sip all day! I usually drink 3 protein shakes a day and water all day long! Hot broth once a day with a protein supplement in it! Jello and Popsicles when needed!
