Babynae is banded 7/26

I was banded Friday 7/26. Surgery went well. I'm now doing liquids but I'm confused about what to eat. My nutritionist said clear liquids so I've been doing beef or chicken broth, skim milk, jello, Popsicles, is there anything else?

I had to spend the night in the hospital and they gave me a protein shake right away, it took me nearly 12 hours to drink that first one, but hey I got it down! I now get them twice a day for the first 2 weeks along with other liquids, than on to phase 2. Oh well its pretty easy when you live alone and no one to cook for! Hope you get it all figured out. And blessings to you for a speedy recovery and a wonderful new adventure!
