First fill

Holy smokes! The nurse had to call another nurse in the help find my port. I got stuck 4 times (2 to numb and 2 Fluid needles) today. Had 4 cc's already in my 10 cc band. Added 1 cc.

Sitting her sipping my Water so I can go home!

  • I just had my first fill today too. No pain, just a small pick. Sorry you had such a difficult time.

That's crazy to me. I got my first fill no numbing medicine and it didn't hurt not one bit. The numbing medicine would sting like heck and it is worst. Now unless your port is deep and they have to dig I can understand but if ones pot is right there and in plain view it doesn't hurt
