pain under ziphoid

I am 3 months post-op and I have lost 65lbs. I am now experiencing pain under my ziphoid. Anyone else ever experience this?

My husband came home from afghanistan and we have celebrated and been out with friends, been over to friends homes for BBQ etc...I need your help and prayers ... I need to get back on track :/
