I wanted to share this one with the board...

I started 2013 at 300 lbs, today I am 232. Got some more work ahead of me but I am very excited at what I have accomplished.

Also I finally broke down and bought new clothes... it was getting rediculous! Went from 54-56 pants to 46; 3x-4x shirts to XL.
