I had surgery at 7am on the 19th, does Friday count as day 1 of post op diet? They told me to follow it starting after my surgery. Just checking what day of the post op diet I am on?

My nurse hubby told me that my surgery day was considered day 0 and the following day would be day 1. Does that help you?

Yes it does so I am on day 2! Ready for day 6 so I can add mushy food!!

Well on day 6 I can have yougurt, and cream Soups (thin) I guess off Clear liquids. Was your post op diet different?

I'm on day 4 and I'm drinking protein shakes and drinking yoghurt. Seems to be going down pretty well. Everyone's different tho ???Š
