Hi everyone,

Had my band fitted on Saturday in Birmingham with Professor Favretti. Was only a day case so I was home by the evening.

Basically just been sipping Water & trying to walk about a bit to relieve some of the gas pain. I've already lost 7 pounds but it's only going to be because of the liquid diet, however I do feel really confident & positive. Just can't wait to get onto food. Finding it a challange to stay hydrated in this weather with a small cup of water pushing me over the limit but seem to be okay ATM.

Looking forward to my weight loss success once I'm through the first 2 weeks

Just take it one day at a time. I found a heat pad really helped with gas and left shoulder pain.
