How do you see yourself

I was told today that its time to go down a pant size (scrubs). Other people have made comments about my weight loss. I still feel like my body is the same. Anyone else ?!

I'm down 53 since starting pre op diet on May 28th and getting banded on June 12th. My wife claims she can see a difference - especially in my face. I personally don't see it. However - when carrying groceries out and MY PANTS FELL DOWN in the parking lot because they are too big and I'm out of belt holes is when I realized that I am seeing results.
