1st Adjustment scheduled for tomm.

I have my first adjustment scheduled for tomorrow. Im excited and nervous and my biggest question is how do you know if you're ready for one?

    I'm in need too. Had one... And I'm always hungry. Gained back a few lbs already. Need motivation!
