1st Adjustment scheduled for tomm.

I have my first adjustment scheduled for tomorrow. Im excited and nervous and my biggest question is how do you know if you're ready for one?

Thx ladies!!! I just left the office and decided to wait til my next appoint. In two weeks to get my first fill. I am sooo excitrd I've lost 20lb. Since my surgery and 36lbs total including the pre- op diet. Im so excited!! Thx for the advice!!
