Tanning bed

Does anyone know how long until you can lay in the tanning bed after surgery?

I can't see why there would be a problem laying in the tanning bed. There could be something to do with the healing of the incisions, but other than that I wouldn't think there would be a problem. The best thing though would be to ask your Dr. to be sure. Maybe the people at the tanning bed would know too.

In a little too Irish to tan. Lol. Just burn and freckle. But a friend had a different type of surgery and her dr said it was ok to tan as long as she put sunscreen over her scar. I think because it's new skin and could burn really easily.
