I get a terrible pain under my ribs if I get well and truly stuck - or when I fly which I do every other week? - it has only started happening in the last 12 months, but it always wears off. Cant tell

Whenever I would get stuck I would immediately go on a liquid diet for a few days to let my stomach heal. Start out with some protein shakes, then mushies, then slowly introduce solid foods again. O

I haven't been on here for a while! but for the past few days i've been getting stuck quite a bit, mainly when I've been eating bread, so I'm definitely going off that! But my main problem is the pain of getting stuck, before when I used to get stuck it wasn't so much painful as just uncomfortable, but now it hurts so much when it happens, and i'm not sure if it's because i've recently been sick with a chest cold and maybe it's still a bit sore or something? But it's incredibly painful!
Has anyone had this before?
Thanks
