Have some baked beans and a bit of potato salad. If you don't want people to know, put meat and whatever on your plate but don't eat it.

Hello all
I'm invited to a BBQ where I will be approximately 5-5 1/2 weeks post op, I will be on the soft food stage...what can I expect to eat? No one knows I had surgery so I'm wondering if I should go or skip? My nutritionist said to follow a bland diet/low Fiber diet while on soft foods. I don't know of any BBQ foods that fit that category. Thank you in advance
