Seems like wanting to have a baby, would be a great motivater.

You want to be healthy and have the energy to chase after a little one don't you?

Get in to see your Dr, maybe you need a fill. Go back to bandster eating. 1000-1200 calories a day, 60-80 gr protein , 64 oz of sf liquids, eating slow, taking smaller bites.

You can do this, you have a future baby to get ready for.

Good luck!

Thank you for the pap talk/motivation!!!!! It's just that it's so stressful trying to have a baby....

to gain weight, one more take in more calories than they burn off..so as maddy stated, get back to what your dr advised you: your allotted amount of food, drink alot, fresh vs proessed, drink alot and def focus on protein..it keeps you full longer and fuels your body..best of luck on making that new baby (and have fun making it also)

I'm trying too, but am still getting fills. I'm not sure why you can't do both? They don't unfil you when pregnant unless you're having a lot of morning sickness--and even that's only the first trimester... Did you hear something different?
