I was banded 5/21 and I know this is what's called bandster hell but come on! I'm hungry more than I should be even though I'm getting in all my protein and eating that first in hopes to get full quicker. I don't have any fluid in my band and my first fill is June 13th. I've already gave in and had some unhealthy snacks here and there that I feel sooooo guilty for, not to mention got instant discomfort. I know it's more of a mental issue than physical hunger issue, ugh this is so hard. I hope after my first fill I will start to feel better. Thanks for listening.
