What is your other option? At least by taking the steps to have the surgery you are giving your self the opportunity to be successful. If you don't have the surgery what is your plan to be successful?

For me it was a risk worth taking... and it paid off. 100 lbs down. Some slips and falls along the way and a long way to go to my goal but I am slowly getting there with a lot of hard work. Be ready to work hard and you will be successful. If you think the band will do all the work then you will fail. Follow your surgeons advice and move your body. Good Luck!!
